At GREGORY SANDATE, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In its original, unworn, and unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that do not meet these criteria will be refused and returned to the sender.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer care team at xslq534598@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address upon approval.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you the return address along with step-by-step instructions for packaging and sending your item.
Return Shipping & Duties: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
⚠️ Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense. Do not send your return to any address before receiving written confirmation from our team.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at xslq534598@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above, and place a new order once your return has been approved.
7. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Return eligibility conditions remain the same: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs under the EU cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of return. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.
- ✅ Approved: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any original shipping fees. Return shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
- ❌ Rejected: We will notify you of the reason and return the item to you at your expense.
